I like to circle back and remake old recipes to make sure they still work and that I like the results. I really loved these two recipes which I paired with Sesame Crusted Tofu (https://goodmotherdiet.com/2018/08/20/meatless-monday-sesame-crusted-tofu/) and broccolini sauteed in olive oil and garlic. It was way too much food but delicious!
